Our PC Low Relaxation Pre-Stressed Steel Wire Production Line is designed for the continuous production of high-strength, low-relaxation PC wire used in prestressed concrete applications such as bridges, railway sleepers, poles, piles, and building structures.

The line integrates advanced drawing, heat treatment, and stress-relieving technology to ensure stable mechanical properties, uniform tensile strength, and excellent relaxation performance in compliance with international standards.

Typical process flow:

Rod Pay-off → Descaling → Multi-pass Wire Drawing → Patenting Heat Treatment → Stress Relieving → Surface Treatment → Automatic Take-up
